Explore our range of pre-designed tiny house models, some ready to be delivered to your location, others ready to be customized by you before being built. The sweet spot for spacious, yet staying true to tiny house living is around 14'x40'. We have done up to 48' and can do longer(up to 60') if that's what you want... At this time our facilities do not allow for anything over 14' 6" wide.

It's that mod urban thing...

This one is 14' x 48' with the dormer area bumping out to 15' wide for a roomier entrance. A loft above the entryway and bathroom the width of the dormer( about 10'x 10')... Perfect for a kid's hangout or extra storage. This one also includes a second (8'x 14') bedroom, for an office or a kid's bedroom... This one is available on our lot and is set to sell at $68,000.

It's the country cabin thing...

This 14'x 45' model has lots of extra details! Dual cut-out dormers which bring inside all that natural light! Real wood beams, cute 5' porch for enjoying the great outdoors! This model is no longer available, but can be built to order. Starting price is $70,000, with additional $$$, depending on what upgrades you want.

It's the classic farmhouse thing...

This 14'x 40' model has been our best seller to date! This basic package starts right at $60,000, has a spacious living room and well designed kitchen with a nice sized pantry/closet. Roomy bathroom includes a stackable washer and dryer. And the 12' x 12" bedroom comes with a wall to wall closet for plenty of storage space for your extras. The reverse gable not only adds some additional character, it also makes it easier to add a porch on later! Of course, any upgrades will add $$$ to this package...
