Custom designs

We will work with you to design a custom tiny house that perfectly fits your needs and style.

Our basic house package is about 560sq. ft. comes with one exterior door, one egress window in the bedroom(s), and 5-6 single hung windows. Bat insulation in ceiling and walls. Board and battan painted smart siding. Pre-packaged kitchen cabinets and pre-formed countertops... Stainless steel appliances (except for refrigerator) already installed. Shiplap on ceilings and option for shiplap, painted plywood, or combo for walls. Stained, painted, white-washed or clear-coated shiplap... Vinyl plank flooring... Metal roof, color of your choice. 40 gal. tank water heater. All electrical and plumbing ready for exterior hookup.

Upgrades available with estimated price:

End porch. - $5000.

Cut-out dormers(up to 3 transom windows) -$4000. ea.

Eyebrow dormers(no windows)- $2000. ea.

Extra windows- $300 ea.

Extra exterior door- $300 ea.
